Hellenic Kiteboarding Association is the Greek National Class Association. governing kiteboarding in Greece as a full member of the International Kiteboarding Association. HKA is responsible for the management of the five classes of Kiteboarding.
A kiteboarding athlete should be a member of his national kiteboarding association if Full Member of IKA.

Every member should pay his annual fees according to the following:
- members 50€/y
- athletes with valid Sailing Federetion Card: 30€/y
- athlete under 18 years old, with valid Sailing Federation Card: 50€/y
- the parent or the legal guardian becomes full member of HKA, until the kid reaches the age of 18.
- parental or legal guardian content is required. The kid doesn’t have the right to vote and to be elected until the age of 18.
- athlete second member of family: 20€/y
- athlete third or more, member of family: free
